We are in the Markin MacPhail building, which is the one with the roundabout drop-off area at the furthest west point of Winsport's property. It is across from the Sports Hall of Fame.. see this post, or our Vendor Info highlight on IG for step by step:

1. When facing the building, there are a lot of doors. Use the ones furthest to the right to come in, we'll also have a sign-up!

2. Stairs and elevator are located to the right

SET-UP

Please arrive at the time you selected in the set-up sign up - we will not be confirming these times, just using them to gauge and manage elevator traffic accordingly.

You may drop your stuff off in the fire route, but then move your vehicle promptly to allow for others to get their stuff in as well.

DO NOT HOLD THE ELEVATOR DOORS OPEN. They do not like it. They will close and lock you inside.

FLOOR PLAN

The floor plan is ever-evolving and we don’t send it out too far in advance to avoid confusion between old and new plans. Rest assured we’ll be there to direct you efficiently for set up!

PARKING

There is parking to the west and south of Markin MacPhail - in front of the Hockey Hall of Fame.

FOOD

The Winsport Garden Cafe should be open, which is just down the stairs so if you’re hungry or need a coffee you can pop down there. There is also a Starbucks, McDonalds and a few others just across the TCH that we often DoorDash or UberEats (typically we meet them in the roundabout).

TICKET SALES --

Tickets are on sale currently and attendees can save $$ by getting them in advance vs at the door, though at the door is still an option. 

SANTA + MRS CLAUSE

Santa and Mrs Clause will be making an appearance and people can take their own photos with them from 12pm to 1:30pm. 

CHARITY RAFFLE

This years charity raffle is being run by AARCS (hhttps://aarcs.ca/), a grassroots animal welfare organization based in Alberta. Please drop raffle donations to us at the front during set up so we can coordinate the winning baskets + get posting!

We’ve set up a code for vendors to giveaway on your socials - we’re not picky here, just ask that you include following us @peaktoprairiemarket as one of your requirements for entry.

Each vendor has two sets of two tickets available. The promo code to provide your winners is GIVEAWAY, which they'll put in the space at the top of the ticket selection page, and will revealing a free ‘Vendor Giveaway’ ticket for them to select.

Please ensure ticket giveaways are done by December 1st.

IG CLOSE FRIENDS

We have created a Close Friends list on IG for getting things out to everyone as quickly as possible, especially on the day of, so keep an eye out for those or even turn on notifications. We try to send emails however find they often go to junk. If you do not see anything on IG (check for the vendors info highlight), shoot us a DM to add you as it’s a bit of a messy thing to keep track of!

Your Booth Information

If you’re unsure of your booth size, look for your contract in your email or log into your vendor portal below. It is listed on your Invoice.
